MEET ALI

Hey everyone, I'm Ali Fraser, and I have over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. I was fortunate that my coaching journey began with a company that understood the importance of continuous education. And this is a principle I've lived by throughout my career.

 

I've always been passionate about sports, having played football, golf, and long-distance running at a decent level. But since the age of 23, my focus has shifted to bodybuilding, where I've competed, and I will be stepping on stage again this year.

 

Health-wise, I've navigated the challenges of being diagnosed with colitis, a diagnosis that may actually be wrong. This pushed me to deeply explore gut health and stress management, reinforcing my belief that if you want to look good on the outside, you better make sure you’re feeling good on the inside.

 

My training philosophy has been shaped by learning from industry leaders like Mark Coles, James Sutton, Michael Golden (RTS), Callum Raistrick, Jordan Shallow, Eugene Teo, John Jewitt, James Largey, Koen Castelein, and my current coach, Kuba Cielen.

 

Engaging with such a diverse group of experts taught me that there's no one-size-fits-all approach to fitness. Techniques and modalities must be adapted to the individual's needs, considering factors like mechanics, energy systems, training volume, training splits, and exercise execution. It's all about understanding the right application for each person's unique journey. And that’s the knowledge I want to share with you.
