A:  AN Education is an in-depth online education and mentorship platform designed to level up coaches and PTs.

We deep dive into two intrinsically linked specialist areas—training mechanics and programming, as well as nutrition and gut health—to help you and your clients achieve the best results.

A: Ali and Nathan are the co-founders of AN Education. Their careers began over ten ago on the gym floor before successfully moving into online coaching, which allowed them to expand their impact, improving the health, fitness and overall lives of more people.

Together they have coached/mentored over 12,000 people with different needs and goals. They have supported every type of person, from the general population with chronic health conditions to successful bodybuilding competitors.

A: Our online education and mentorship programme has been developed to empower coaches and personal trainers, helping them to level up their knowledge, skills and confidence to create bespoke training and nutrition plans tailored to the individual needs and challenges of their clients, resulting in better, more sustainable results. 

Alongside a comprehensive suite of webinars focused on nutrition, gut health, training and programming, you will have access to two group membership calls every single week. And you will be joining a community of like-minded individuals who are all working towards the same goal.

1. Our 6-month education and mentorship programme is delivered online. The education modules are accessible 24/7 from anywhere in the world.

Our weekly mentorship calls will be held via Zoom on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. In between these weekly calls, you’ll have access to a dedicated Facebook group where you can ask questions at any time.

There will also be some in-person sessions, with dates, times and location to be confirmed. These sessions will be included as add-ons (at no extra cost) and are not compulsory for completing the course.

AN Education is for any coach or PT (or hybrid) looking to level up results. We have designed the first 6-month education and mentorship programme for coaches and personal trainers with under five years of experience as we aim to level up the next generation of coaches and PTs.

A: We will cap the number of people per intake at 20. The reason we have limited the number is to ensure we can deliver high-quality service to every single person on the programme.

Topics include:

Training and Programming: the fundamentals, mechanisms of hypertrophy and energy systems, mechanics basics, how to assess a client, optimising programming, improving training execution, and importantly, how to apply these principles for optimising client results.

Nutrition, Gut Health and Hormones: calories, macros and micronutrients, lifestyle factors, diet approaches for fat loss and muscle gain, gut health, hormones, and how to apply these principles to optimise client results.
